Bach Flower Remedies – Stress in the Workplace & during Pregnancy - Cost £65

Venue: Wellingborough

This one day interactive workshop will look at how stress hormones can have a detrimental effect in the workplace and/or during pregnancy and childbirth and how Bach Flower Remedies can help us rediscover the positive side of ourselves! Open to all, no previous knowledge of the remedies is required.

In the Workplace

In a MORI research poll, stress was cited as having a negative effect on the health of over a third of the working population (amounting to approximately 8.5 million people). It is estimated that up to 75% of all illness is stress related.

This workshop will help you to understand the different levels of stress and potential outcomes, and how Bach Flower Remedies can positively affect the way you deal with these issues and restore balance.

During Pregnancy/Childbirth

Every woman is different and during this time may experience a wide range of emotions which can have a detrimental effect on well-being and our ability to cope with the situation. That’s when we need a little help.

The workshop looks at how Bach Flower Remedies can help by :

a) reducing levels of anxiety associated with the cycle of pain and fear
b) normalising labour and birth and,
c) restoring balance and promoting positive outcomes.

General

Each participant will have an opportunity to take away a bottle of Bach Flower Remedies tailored to their individual needs.
